South Metro Fire Rescue has created a Learning and Development Mentor Program. The SMFR Learning and Development Mentor Program is intended to be a resource for all employees who would like a SMFR mentor to be a sounding board for career development, personal engagement and/or increased depth of knowledge and awareness of their professional giftedness and goals.
This program is designed to enhance the natural mentoring that is occurring in the department daily.
Mentors will be working with 1-2 people to help them achieve specific Learning and Development goal(s).
