 Niki Coleman, Human Resource Director.
Niki Coleman has been with Parker/South Metro since 2005 and possesses more than 10 years of experience in public sector Human Resources. Niki has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cornell and holds both the PHR and IPMA-CP designation, which are nationally recognized professional HR certifications. As the HR Director for South Metro Fire Rescue Authority, Niki oversees the Human Resources Bureau.
The Human Resources Bureau is responsible for assuring the Authority is compliant with federal and state labor regulations, procuring and maintaining all employee benefit programs, managing compensation surveys and determining wage ranges. We are also responsible for employment processes, which include recruitment, selection and retention. HR maintains employee data information, and oversees the worker compensation programs.
