Click HERE to access the electronic plan submittal page or click on the "Electronic Plan Submittal" tab on the left side of this page. A completed Plan Review Application Form must accompany all documents/plans submitted to the Authority for review and/or permit. Click HERE to access the Plan Review Application Form.
