  • Assuring the authority is compliant with federal and state labor regulations
  • Procuring and maintaining all employee benefit programs
  • Managing compensation surveys
  • Determining wage ranges

Employment

We are also responsible for the employment process, which includes recruitment, selection, and retention. HR maintains employee data information and oversees the worker compensation programs.
